For more than a decade, I have been coaching athletes from various sports, focusing on developing individual nutrition strategies that enable long-term peak performance.
I regularly share my experience as a consultant for companies, clubs and sports organizations. I also develop concepts to implement my clients' individual goals.
Among other things, I am managing partner at wheresthefood GmbH and design sport-specific recipe books, info guides and masterclasses.
When I'm not working, you'll find me either on the golf or tennis court.
